Fundraising Manager
Summary
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday. May include occasional evening/weekend commitments.
Main responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, engage and build good relationships with prospective corporate donors.
- Work with colleagues across Cambridge City Foodbank, to develop authentic, compelling, creative and successful funding and partnership proposals.
- Design and deliver excellent, engaging and regular stewardship communications and powerful fundraising appeals alongside establishing the associated data and systems.
- Work with and support external consultants and colleagues across the Foodbank and the wider Trussell Trust networks.
- Develop, monitor and manage a fundraising portfolio capable of generating in excess of £1M per annum.
- Forge strong relationships with colleagues across the wider Trussell Trust network, sharing best practice and learning from other charities across the network.
Requirements/minimum knowledge: Extensive experience of corporate partner and individual giving fundraising. Experience of setting, managing and reporting against fundraising KPI’s. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
