We need administrative support to add referral agents to our systems. These Referral agents issue households in crisis vouchers to collect food from us. We are looking for someone to ensure the process of adding these referral agents is easy, efficient, and effective.

We're looking for an Operations and Outreach Officer to help us realise our vision of ending the need for foodbanks, through an ambitious strategy operating through networks of affordable Fairbite Food Clubs, Foodbank Welcome Centres, financial inclusion projects, and campaigning to change current systems which contribute to food insecurity.
You’ll support the smooth running of our operational service, from warehouse to Foodbank Welcome Centres and to Fairbite Food Clubs. Principally community focused, the role includes supporting good practice in centres, networking with support agencies, working with visitors/members, and promoting the Foodbank within community groups.
